Arrival
On Saturday between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm. We ask you to balance your account on delivery of the keys and the apartment's inventory. A deposit of 250 euros is requested.

Departure
The apartment must be left at least at 10.00 am, and has to be left perfectly clean.
The deposit will be given back on delivery of the keys and after the inspection of the apartment.
(both broken items or furniture and the cleaning of the apartment if necessary will be charged to your account)

Our prices are for a week stay (saturday to saturday), including taxes and services and are subject to change without prior notice.
To comfirm your booking, a deposit of 30% will be requested and the payment of your stay will be done the day of your arrival.

Cancellation
Cancellation 30 days before arrival, the owner will give you back the deposit of 30 % .
Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the owner will keep the deposit of 30 %.
